• Calvin Desson' near-bookend match No. 8 Mine turquoise Navajo earrings. SOLD! #2404

This item is out of stock

SOLD!  These are almost perfect bookend match No. 8 Mine cabochons.  Wear 'em in your box seats at the Fort Worth rodeo, or to a production at the Bass Theater there.  They're pretty darn sharp.  Calvin Desson learned his chops working for the Yellowhorse bunch in the late '80's.  He's known for making some pretty pricey work and is a blue ribbon winner.  His creations here are a hair over an inch-and-a-half long—not counting any part of the hangers—and 13/16'th's-of-an-inch wide (a little over .75-inches).  The turquoise is cut thin to keep down the weight—which is 9.5-grams (or .33-ounces) for each.  Both earrings are hallmarked "D."
