• Navajo pawn Sterling row cuff with 13 Morenci turquoise stones by Jefferson James. SOLD! #0764

SOLD!  These row cuffs have been around since the first Navajo mated turquoise stones onto a silver wristband.  Very, very classic.  This piece is thick gauge Sterling with now-expensive stones and has appreciated greatly since the original posting of it due to the rise in silver prices in 2021, as well as the rise in the price of quality turquoise and the lessened output of Navajos making jewelry due to Covid.  The silversmithing is detailed and exquisite, while the choice of the more-expensive Morenci turquoise mine stones is an indication that the maker wanted something really special.  This baby will fit a person with a wrist circumference of 6 and 7/8th's to seven-inches (including the "gap" in the cuff), which should be adhered-to given the thickness of the silver and the number of stone settings that could be disturbed by re-shaping.  Weight is 2.93-ounces; width is one-inch throughout and it is hallmarked "JJ."
