Total inside circumference is 6.75-inches. Thus, it will fit a person with a wrist circumference (measured around the wrist bone) from 6 and 5/8's to 6 and 7/8th's-inches. As with most cuffs we offer, it is made too substantially to accommodate re-shaping. Don't even try—just buy to fit in the first place. The band portion is 1 and 1/8th-inches wide, and it is 1.5-inches lengthwise across the stone setting.
