Wow.  Here is yet another take on a Kachina face spirit-in-the-nighttime-sky, by very well-known Navajo inlay artisan Ray Jack, father of Matthew Jack.  Surrounding the Kachina face and the triangular mosaics are 46 Sterling silver stars (yep, the Drifter counted them!)  This is not a wimpy pendant.  It is an impressive 3/8th's inches thick and very well made!  And, it has an artsy bale with its own turquoise stone.  Not counting that bale, the pendant is 2.25-inches long.  It is 1.5-inches across at the widest point. Large for some; medium for others.  Weight is a respectable 43.7-grams, or 1.54-ounces.  Hallmarked "RAY JACK" in all caps.  Complimentary USPS tracked Priority shipping within the U.S.  Enjoy!
