SOLD!   This is nicely-done, colorful pendant with turquoise, spiney-oyster shell and bronze mix—a popular "stone" at present.  And, it is priced with the pictured 18-inch, solid Sterling silver box chain (about a $40 retail value).  It's 1.5-inches long and a little more than .75-inches at the widest point.  Weight is 10-grams, or .34-ounces.  Hallmarked "AL," which is the stamp of Augustine Largo.  Complimentary USPS Priority shipping within the U.S.
