• Navajo Squash-blossom necklace and earrings with Kingman, Arizona turquoise, by Augustine Largo. #1670

Everybody needs one.  And if you're gonna get one, get a good one!  Augustine Largo has been making squash-blossom necklaces for us—as well as other jewelry—for many, many years.  He is a top-notch, consistent Navajo jewelry artist from a renown Navajo family.  This top-notch squash set has 21 carefully selected stones from the famous Kingman, Arizona turquoise mine (yes, that one from the 60's!).  The turquoise has lots of contrasting copper veins polished to a golden hue that can be seen better in the second, close-up, pic.   Also, we like squash-blossoms with najas that have lots of stones without a lot of space between them—like that above.  End-to-end length of this squash is 26-inches long.  Add to that another 3-inches-plus to include the naja when figuring hang length.  The squash alone weighs a respectable 7.3-ounces, and is hallmarked "AL."  Wear this on "The Voice" and you may get lucky.  Complimentary USPS Priority shipping within the U.S.
