SOLD!  This quality pendant speaks volumes about both the wearer and the maker.  Barely discernible from the photo, it has a three-layer Sterling bezel, making it one layer thicker than most.  Those layers envelope a beautiful Royston, Nevada turquoise stone with nice copper matrix.  You are probably seeing less new pieces with Royston turquoise lately—chiefly due to the huge escalation in cost of Royston.  Also, that pictured 18-inch, solid Sterling silver box chain ships with it (at least a $40 value—maybe more).  Not counting the bale, the pendant is a bit over 2-inches long.  It's 1 and 3/8th's-inches at the widest point.
