This is quite a find for a collector. The Drifter is sort-of one of those types, which accounts for his possession of it. It's going to take a very special client that buys it to wear, that's because it is size 13. That's right, thirteen. The Drifter acquired out of pawn back in the '90's after recognizing the stamped hallmark, "D&A Q." That hallmarked was used for about a year, back in '75 and '76. That period of time represents the roughly one year period that Zuni artisans Dickie and Amy Quandelacy were married. After their divorce Amy went-on to become famous for these "hummingbird" designs. Dickie didn't do too bad for himself either. This ring was at one time won by either a man or a healthy woman—as indicated by the large size. It's worth a lot more than the posted price, but in reality, it'll probably be around another 25-years due to the size. This trophy is 2 and 1/8th-inches long and a little over a half-inch at the widest point. Weight is 13.5-grams, or .475-ounces. Hallmarked "D&A Q."
