This is a pretty high-end pendant made by a well-known artist priced lower than you will likely see his work elsewhere. Michael is the son of Ray Jack, a Navajo renowned for his Zuni-type inlay. Ray's son Michael has become well-known in his own right, making wonderfully detailed pieces like the one above. This piece utilizes "picture" jasper for pueblo scene and the earth, and black onyx forms the sky. Inlaid into the sky are silver stars and a mother-of-pearl moon. The 18-inch solid Sterling silver box chain ships is included with the pendant. It weighs 1.16-ounces, and is 1 and 7/8ths-inch wide by a little over two inches long—excluding the bale. Hallmarked "M."
