Dead-pawn Navajo double-overlay shadowbox cuff, by Kee Yazzie. #1303

These double-overlay shadow box cuffs once were numerous, now they're few and far-between.  This is a good one.  It has two layers of Sterling silver.  The bottom layer is oxidized black and the top layer is painstakingly cut-out with designs and placed atop the bottom layer--all white flat on the workbench.  Then the masterful process of bonding them perfectly together occurs.  We'll keep that a bit of a secret.  This one has three old pieces of Sleeping Beauty turquoise placed inside the shadowbox.  Total wrist circumference—including the "gap" in the cuff—is 6 and 3/8th's-inches.  So the wearer needs to have a 6.25-inch to a 6.5-inch wrist circumference.  Don't screw it up by trying to bend it, just choose something else that fits.  "If it doesn't fit your must acquit!'  It is two-inches across at the top.  Weight is 85-grams, of three-ounces.  Hallmarked "KY."  Always complimentary Priority shipping within the U.S.
