What a stellar ring!  Besides having a beautiful turquoise stone (likely Kingman Mine) surrounded with sawtooth bezeling , the quality silversmithing here is over the top.  The kind of work you'd see on an expensive pendant or cuff.  It has a thick Sterling backplate with delicate hand-stamping all the way around.  On the back, its husky hand-stamped band is designed to be slightly adjustable (maybe one size larger or smaller).  This baby oozes quality.  It is a full two-inches lengthwise across the top, and 1 and 3/8th's-inches across the top width-wise.  It weighs 19.5-grams, or .69-ounces.  Hallmarked with Ms. Long's unique merging of a "T" and an "L."  Complimentary USPS tracked Priority shipping within the U.S.
