"Move over little dog, the big dog's movin' in!" This is a beautiful, bonafide lariat set by the master himself, Gilbert Tom, which he made for the Drifter well over a year ago. We haven't seen Gilbert for quite a while. But his famous hand-stamped, wide-flange, old-style patina grandiose lariat necklaces with premium stones have been emulated by other artists, but IMHO, never equaled. This lariat set, if you could find it elsewhere, would likely be $4k-plus. It isn't a 3 or 5-stone "pendant necklace." This baby is a generously-sized 9-stone true lariat necklace. Plus it has matching earrings! End-to-end it is an impressive 31-inches. But wait, that 5.75-inch, final 3-pendant drop adds that much more to the 'hang' length. Thus, it should hang around 19-inches down from the back of one's neck. That's why we call 'em 'lariats.' It weighs 204-grams, or 7.2-ounces. Each earring weighs 7.7-grams.
