DAZZLING! This eye-catching 28-stone squash-blossom stood-out from the others we saw on our recent visit to Navajo Land. It has fully opened and rounded blossoms—14 of them—and masterful silversmithing throughout. The Sterling base plate that each stone is mounted on is thick and substantial, and the 14-stone circular-shaped naja is impressive to say the least. But the stunning, azure-hued Golden Hills turquoise is the star of the show here. The rich, moody color has sort of a soothing effect on the viewer. Weight of this trophy squash blossom necklace is 201.5-grams, or 7.1-ounces. End-to-end length is 26.5-inches, and that fancy 3-inch-long naja adds about that much to the 'hang length.' Thus, it should hang approximately 14 or 15 inches down from the back of a lady's neck. It is hallmarked "DRAPER" in all caps on the back of the naja.
