If only all cuffs were made this well.  It is a substantial, 3.75-ounce, thick-gauge, hand-stamped stunning piece of art.  Oh, and you can wear it as well.  Henry Sam has been around 'bout as long as the Drifter, and he has always gravitated toward the sensational in his pieces.  Making those scalloped edges is a sign of a meticulous maker.  It's a hell of a lot easier to leave 'em straight.  And then there's the stone.  The color pops, for sure.  The total inside circumference is 6.25-inches—including the "gap" in the cuff.   It likely won't bend or shape at all—and neither you nor I should even try.  Don't buy it unless your wrist measures 6.25 to maybe 6.5.  No more; no less.  The 1.25-inch width of this cuff will lend to wearing it slightly large in order to afford more comfort.  So 6.5-inch circumference around one's wristbone should be fine.  Measure twice; buy once.  It has Henry's fancy hallmark inside (see 2nd pic).  Complimentary USPS Priority shipping within the U.S.   Buyer pays for international shipping.  Nice.
