Is this nice or what? Thirteen settings of luscious, expensive Kingman water-web turquoise with a three-stone drop at the end. And it includes very nice matching earrings that would be at least $250 alone. This is a true lariat—not a three, five or seven-setting 'pendant' necklace. End-to-end this baby measures 29.5-inches. But the three-setting terminus adds yet another 4.5-inches to the 'hang' length. Thus it should hang approximately 17 to 18-inches down from the back of one's neck. Mr. Yazzie did an excellent job of creating an old-style satiny patina on the Sterling, with subtle shading in the crevices. The invigorating blue of the turquoise and the hue of the shaded, satin finish in the Sterling couldn't be more perfect together. And he used tall bezels for the turquoise to set set high and stand out while worn. It weighs a very respectable 106-grams, or 3.73-ounces. Hallmarked "LMY." And if you're wondering why you see lariats of this quality priced at four, five or six thousand dollars, well...we're wondering the same thing. Enjoy!
