Older, classic Navajo cuff with pristine Sleeping Beauty turquoise. #2521

'Already getting phone calls on this.  It has a 7-inch inside circumference—including the 'gap' in the cuff.  As usual, we strongly advise against bending these nice cuffs to fit.  The maker creates settings to match the original shape and arc of the cuff, and re-shaping often results in disturbing the integrity of those settings that hold-in the stones.  A person intending to wear this beauty should have a wrist size (measured all the way around the wrist bone) no smaller than 6 and 7/8th's, and no larger than 7 and 1/8th-inches.  Buy 'em to fit—not to bend.  This cuff has 12 perfect Sleeping Beauty Mine turquoise stones.  The Sleeping Beauty turquoise mine in  Arizona closed in 2012.   This cuff looks to be made 15-to-25 years ago—nowhere near old enough to be legitimately considered 'vintage (pre-1970).'  We've had it in our 'keeper' box for 10-or-12 years.  The inside shows little sign of wear, and there are no cracks or fissures in the stones.  Weight is 55.7-grams, or nearly two ounces.  Hallmarked "MT."  Complimentary USPS tracked Priority shipping within the U.S.
